I have a 79 Luv 4x4 I bought a couple years ago and recently the generator light came on just really dimly, so I dug around and found a loose wire with a little melting at a connection so I replaced the connection and no more hot wire, but I tested the lead on the alternator and it was only reading 13.6 volts, is that still good enough to keep going? It didn’t fluctuate when I turned on the lights and heater. Any advice is appreciated.
