hi so my 81 g180z with stock Hitachi wont rev up. I got everything timed to cylinder 4. it starts and idles but will not rev up when i hit the throttle. just bogs out and dies? please help. i did a head job.

Is it firing on all 4 cylinders?
Does the accelerator pump in the carb work?
Why is it timed off of 4 and not 1?
