About to buy a 1980 Chevy luv 4x4, the owner has in my opinion ugly 20 inch rims and low profile tires on it right now. I am looking to get more of a stock look. I’d rather not have an oversized tires, but somewhere in the middle. Anybody know what wheel and tire set up I should be looking for l?

Original was 14" but hard to find off road style tires in 14. 15" is probably best. With the right size tire you won't rub or have to cut the fenders.

As rondog said, 14's were original. a 205/70/15 matches them for outer diameter to keep power and speedo the same.

235/75/15 MAY fit without rubbing, depending on wheel offset.
