Hello my name is Shannon. My truck was working just fine then two weeks later, I lost all power to the truck. Tested everything with a 12 volt tester it lights up but the first 4 fuses in the fuse box don't light up and the ignition cylinder when you turn it on has no power. What do I need to do?

Lights up where? Check at the battery terminal. Remove and thoughly clean both terminals, reinstall and tighten securely. If still no voltage at the fuse box check and follow the smaller, usually black ,wire from the battery positive cable. This is the wire that goes around the back of the engine and to the fuse box. There is a fuse link there near the battery end that may be burned out or just a bad connection. Fuse link is just a smaller wire in series that is designed to burn out first and protect the rest of the wiring. You may find your problem there.
