Hi everyone! :) I want to first off apologize if this is in the wrong section. I'm having some issues with my newly installed Weber Carb and I'd like to see if anyone can help.

* I'm curious what connections I should have? hoses? electric choke? air cleaner?

* What to do with the fuel return line?

* Do I need the line from the valve cover to the air cleaner? If so, where do I get something to interface between the two?

* I'm only getting about 1psi of fuel pressure to the carb, do I need more? If so, how?

* Also I seen in a video where someone epoxied the EGR valve before installing the carb. Is this nessesary?

* Do I need to connect something to the vapor vent connection? If so, where do I get something to connect to it. It just has a plug. Thanks (see pic at bottom).

Right now the truck runs okay, but if it runs for a while it just stalls and doesn't start up for a long time. Could be related to the setup because it's the only thing I've changed. Worked great before, no real issues. I can tell I get a lot more power with the Weber. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks :)

I have a filter on the valve cover and the carb blocked off. I dislike it that way and plan on hooking it up the right way. no fuel return and a used a holly fuel pressure regulator and a in line fuel pressure gauge. mine runs at 5 psi and i get around 21 to 25 mpg im guessing depending on quality of gas. I'm not sure about the egr. i think mine was removed. it has a header and no emissions. i have yet to hook up the choke yet. I paid a mechanic and he didnt. i was driving to the coast and the carb fell off. I suggest using a thread locker.

Do a search on the install, there are many posts about installing them. Most say 2.5-3.5 PSI is the correct pressure.
