Just purchased a 1977 Modified Luv. The young man I had bought it from has done a great deal of work, like 4 wheel disc brakes, 4.3 engine, 5 speed manual trans, lowered and he started on the interior. He lost the dash pad so there is no pad and I can nit find one as a replacement.

New old stock ones show up on eBay from time to time but they're expensive. One member bought one and said he was going to make some reproductions but he just kind of disappeared a while back.

If you do find one expect to pay $500 and up for it. There is a company that makes one in carbon fiber, I think he gets $800 for it.

Update on the reproduction dashes:

After inquiring I just received an e-mail response from the gentleman that was going to work on the dash repops.
He said the first couple of molds were failures, but is planning to try again within the next few months.

Any new word on the dashes? I have two LUVs that will need them. One in Colorado (80 4x4) and one in Oregon (79 4x4)..
