Hello all. I'm posting here due to being a noob on the site. I have posted this on another thread but feel it's beneficial to reach out even further.
I own a 1981 chevy LUV diesel (c223) and I have a leaky injection pump. It's leaking at the CSD. I would like to find the o - ring and flat rubber seal. Can anyone please help. I've searched everywhere possible and am now at a loss.
Thanks.

There is a company mentioned in a thread on here that rebuilds those pumps they are probably your best/only source.for those seals. I think oldestisuzuist or joeisuzu are the ones that posted the info somewhere in the diesel section

The forum says you only have one post, so I don't know where else you posted this.

Replacing that O-ring with the engine in the truck is guaranteed to be one of the more frustrating things you'll ever attempt. The CSD covers its own mounting screws, and access is VERY tight.

Most injection shops can get the O-rings, they're pretty generic. I'll have to research the part number for the flat washer, and post back here.

The flat ring has a Diesel Kiki part number of 146342-2700. They call it a "seal ring" and it has "piston seal" in the remarks. Any injection shop that services Bosch pumps should be able to order it.
