Hello, Does anyone have some pics of the dual exhaust routing? It seems that it is going to be very tight by the fuel tank.

Thanks,

Eric

I do not have a picture, but some of the V8 swap guys route their exhaust to the same side so they can keep their stock fuel tank. I am going to do that to my V8 Luv so I can put the Stock tank into it. Chevy had to put a shield between the exhaust and the starter so the BBC would start after sitting a short time. Good muffler shop can do what you want. You could make a shield to go between the tank and pipe.I would think the muffler might be willing to that. I would think they would use a larger pipe to put over the pipe they use on the pipe that they use to build your exhaust. That is not a bad Idea now that I thought of it. I may do something like that when I have my pipes redone. Several companies make exhaust wrap that you could use on the pipe by the tank.

Maybe someone with a stock and V8 pipes will post a pic. You might post the question in a different section as not everyone checks the newbie section.

Grandmaster of the "Shade Tree" way.. I can't see the yard for all the cars. Come on down and we will sit on the porch and watch the grass grow.
