Does anyone know how to find out the original color of my 1980 luv? Vin # is crn14a8231813. Right now its a dark navy blue and has a 4x4 decal on both sides of the bed and the left side of the tail gate. The door panels are light blue. Also would like to know what the original paint job was like ie did it have 4x4 on the hood and sides of bed like some of the ones I've seen in brochures. Thanks!

There's usually a paint code under the hood. Unless it's been painted over...

Just the the right side of the hood latch on the upper firewall. Right as in the passenger side.
