While installing speakers into the door panel, what's the best route to take with the wiring? I bought some door panels that already had the hole cut out.

mine is run thru a hole about 2" above the door light switch in the door jam, not sure if the hole is there from the factory but it has a grommet the wire goes thru to keep them from being cut up by the door metal so it may be... but either way its a pretty good spot for it the wires go behind the kick panel, then up and across to the stereo. mine was installed pretty sloppy and the wire hangs into the door jam a bit after you open the door a few times so keeping a minimum amount of wire in there or keeping it tight with a very weak spring or something of that nature in the door would make for a cleaner install

do you have a stock or aftermarket stereo deck?

Aftermarket. We ended up running it pretty much the same way. There's no holes to run the wire through, so it comes out the door panel. It isn't noticeable. It'll do.

Thank you for your reply!
