hey guys just got my pacesetter header in the mail....

im having some clearance issues.... hitting the clutch and bottom of engine block...

i read in the directions you may need to "flatten" to fit...

any tips on flattening these tubes.... before i start pounding on the with a hammer :P

bummer i gotta mess with these babes

I used 2 gaskets and the muffler shop pushed it over a little, still bumps the clutch lever a little sometimes so I may modify the original bracket that bolts to the transmission to get that last little bit. Mine cleared the block but the dipstick sits close. I also used header wrap, quite a difference in under hood temps.
