That other relay is the fuel pump relay. If you have no start, no nothing, check the clutch switch located up on the clutch pedal lever.

Does the truck turn over? If not the fuel pump relay has nothing to do with it. By pass the clutch switch.

the clutch switch has already been by-passed. the truck starts and runs fine when I short across the starter. I need a new fuel pump relay...the insides of mine are fried...where can I buy a new fuel pump relay?

Listen to the question......

Does the truck turn over with the key?
When jumping the starter does the truck stay running?

Just trying to help you.

If that is correct then your fuel pump realy is not the cause of the truck not starting. The fuel pump relay has nothing to do with the truck turning over.
