I've got an old Fujitsu Ten Limited AM radio, with the LUV logo in front, that I want to install in an 81 LUV. I'm trying to figure out how to wire it. It's got two prongs in the back (see pictures), and I'm not sure where to start. Is there a special adapter made for this kind of radio? Any thoughts appreciated.

Thanks!

12v power would connect at the fuse area. The two round prongs would be the speaker connections. Lower left hole of course would be the antenna connection.

Ok thank you. Do I need to open the fuse box to find the wiring?

It looks like there is a little metal tab at the end of the fuse, the left in your picture. The single power wire (stock wire is usually blue in most of the LUVs I've seen) should just plug right on to that tab if I'm not mistaken. The radio will get a ground through its frame, so for testing you will need to wire the frame to a good ground.

Ah, I see, seems simple. Thank you!

Last question on the radio....any suggestions for installation? Is there a particular install kit that works best?

Thanks again.

Here's a couple of pics of the stock mounting brackets for the 2 knob decks.
In the first pic the bracket on the left is raised up so that you can see exactly how they function.
The brackets mount under the knobs on the radio, then they bolt to the dash under the deck.

Your best bet is to make them yourself using bendable brackets that you can get at any hardware store. Or you can wait and see if anyone has a set that they can part with.
