So I have been a member of this for like a week now and have been very happy with what very one has done to there luv and what they are doing I have been planning to start a project on my luv I want to start the body since I have heard 350 v8 engine is a pain in the butt with 4x4 so ill keep it stock so my question is this I have had an old gasket master kit for this luv since day one but I've always been nervous about starting it what do you guys think would it be hard to put the gaskets in? And if I have the motor out why not do like a semi wire tuck and paint the engine bay any suggestions should I just not do it. I have an extra car so this thing can sit a bit but I love to drive it so I don't want to have it sit for ever

If it runs fine and doesn't leak anything, leave it alone, and enjoy it. Don't tear it apart if it isn't broken.

Well the stock carb. was bad, so yes. Also it uses a lot more gas, so if that's what you're going for.......It also won't pass a smog test unless you have a secret (illegal) way to do it. :ewink
