All the quotes for a recore I've received are nearly $300 which seems ridiculous when I can get a new Aluminum radiator for ~120. I've seen the thu-kool radiators that are popular with the sbc guys and was wondering what radiator will line up best with the stock g180 in my '78.

Thanks guys.
Alex

specifically, I'm worried about the inlet/outlet location since the thu-kool radiator is reversed from my stocker. I found some ford radiators that have an inlet/outlet location that matches the Luv but they're all too wide. Is my best bet to use the universal chevy radiator and just stretch some flex tubing across the engine bay?
