I removed the valve and vacuum lines that connect the fuel tank, carburator, and oil pan. I'm going to need to switch to a vented gas cap correct? If so, what size cap works? A search for LUV vented gas cap returns no results.

There was no reason to remove that, you will not get any performance gain. As far as your intake install, look at pics on the site and do a search on the intake, its been covered several times.

Yeah, I wasn't looking for performance, just removing some clutter.
