front or back?
if yours is a 72/75 then for the front you can just get the brakes off a 76/80 and swap straight over...
for the back some have used isuzu trooper rear with disc on them...
if your wanting to do the 5 lug swap then some of the others here could help you better...

tell us if you want 6 lug or 5 and what year so we can better help...

I have a 75 luv, that the previous owner had drilled the drums to a five lug wheel. I have a set of weld wheels on the truck and was hoping to keep them on it. I already went to the junk yard and got rotors off of another luv, but to my suprise they are six lug,"no good", so I was hoping for some info on a dics brake swap that I could buy after market rotors to shine the front end up. Please help me out. Thanks.

Aerospace brakes makes a kit that uses your stock spindles and is 5 lug. It's bling! but spendy...
