Since the beds were installed in the U.S. I am guessing they ran the duel reds until the inventory was gone before switching to amber. Maybe a late/early deal.

Seeing the holes in the door....that's a lot of mirror changes for 38k. Also the floor mat torn under the gas pedal.........yep, it's a LUV, lol, he must have had it floored a lot. :lol:

I’ve been out of town for work so I’ve not been able to spend a ton of time on the LUV. But, I’ve got it cleaned up pretty well. Anyone have any input as to if the antenna is original and if any LUVs came with a passenger side mirror?

File comment: Years ago, prob in the late 80’s or early 90’s, I found a ‘76 tag in a junkyard. Of course, I kept it. I didn’t know why till now. It’s perfect for a ’76 LUV!

The parts listing doesn't show a passenger's side mirror as stock. Now, many a dealership may have installed them, but in my research the factory did not install one.

From the 1980 sales brochure is shows a right side mirror as dealer installed
