I'm a first time love owner in Southwest VA. I grew up in California and have plenty of experience in restoration work but mostly with mopars and fords. I found this little gem with a gentleman who had owned it for 35 years! It had very little rust, low miles, and an excellent trans. So I got to work, I had the truck repainted, head rebuilt, put on new weber carb, headers, new clutch, new brakes, and a I put in a bed liner. I'm currently going for a two tone blue and white paint scheme. I am missing a few parts though, need a drivers side headlight bezel, and a preferably a rear bumper (mines shot). I'll throw in some pictures down below, and don't worry about the hideous hubcaps I just ordered some half moons which will sit nicely on white steel wheels.

Excellent. If you repainted I would toss that plastic bed liner, unless the bed is shot. It will ruin the paint and attract rust. Brush on Rhino lining is cheap. Welcome to LUV insanity.
