 Post subject: value of stepside bed?

i found a stepside bed in the junk yard bout half an hour by my house. he wants 250 for it. it comes with everything except the taillights. its a little rusty. also has the panels that go between the cab and the front of the bed. (if that makes sense) fiberglass is in okay shape. would i be paying too much??

Sounds like a decent deal. I paid $300 for mine, in a similar condition. I only got one of those panels. :(
