Ok, ill share another one.

There has been a lot of talk about ford 9's, and narrowed rearends. I chose my tire size based on one important thing- the unlimited supply of circle track tires that are available in areas where there are a lot of circle track racing. there is a circle track in monroe, and these guys change tires more than I change underwear. They are VERY sticky! My hoosiers are mounted on a good set of rims, that are the same size as the tires I get from the circle track guys. they are on a setarate set of rims that i will change at the track. and I can burn em off with out it costing me $500 every couple of weeks. they make perfect racing slicks.

The guys in monroe get sponsors, so they always throw these perfectly good tires out by the truckload.. Just thought id share.

the only problem is the the side wall is much thicker than drag slicks and they dont work as good as the drag slicks .

have you tried it. we had em on last year and after a burn off, they hooked up fine. i guess that makes sense about the side walls considering all the abuse circle track puts them through.

also, were not talking 700+ hp or nothin. I'm sure there is a BETTER tire, this is just a FREEBIE! FREEBIE! FREEBIE! Ill give it a try and let yall know.
