I didn't get to talk to the owner, by the time I found the truck (there were A LOT of cars) there was no one around to talk to...
Was from Washington though, but I can't remember the town.

Thats funny! Kids crack me up.
Unfotunately not quick enough, saw him run just that one time losing to the car. I'm sure he ran on at least one of the other two days that I didn't attend though...
