Hi all: Just got on the forum and thought I would intro myself.
My name is Stan and I have a 72 longbed chop top Luv and live in West Texas.
It has a SBC and 9" rear.
I just bought this truck a couple months ago and have run a best of 11.62 N/A @ 6000' DA.
The truck was geared way to steep at 5.43 and I have been banging the 8k limiter at around the 1000' mark.
I just took the pumpkin in for a re-gear to 4.71 in hopes of being able to use the 300 shot it has.

Very nice truck too, gotta love that metal flake in the paint. Is it street leagal? How much did all that cost you?
