ok heres what im gonna do i am buying a 231 out of a jeep from 1 of my teachers but what transmission should i use so i keep my 4wd capabilitys. oh ya i am getting the motor and all its parts 4 100 bucks. has aluminum intake 4 barrle of course aluminum heads odd fire fly wheel. so if u can tell me what transmission i need it would help me out greatly

Depending on what year I beleive for a stick was t-19 or t-20 for auto th350 or 400, does the guy your buying it from know? I'll have to dig thru some 4-wheeler mags
