hey larphead, what exactly do you do for work. Only reason I ask is that you always have good input, or you have a good link handy, stuff like that. Id guess that you have an office type job and some computer familiarity along with it. How did i do?

I on the other hand am not smart enough to browse this sight to see if youve already posted this info

later.

the 55 from two lane black top is the same car that was used as Bob Falfa's car in American Grafitti (note the radiused '55 nomad rear wheel opeinings) 427 big block with fenderwell headers, straight axle and 4speed. The car was originally built for the two lane movie by Richard Ruth at Competition Engineering. Anyway the car was delivered to the set and was originally a piece of art work. It even had a powder coated body. The director of Two lane said that was not the kind of car they wanted so they sanded the whole car down and changed it to what you see in the movie.
Heres some info on the car

Search for pictures of the 55 in Am Graf and ye shall receive Two Lane pics too.

On another note, (another thread jacking in progress) anybody ever see Hollywood Knights? The Popular Hotrodding Project X blown '57 driven by Tony Danza.
