hey didnt you already lift yours 3"(or am i going insane? 8O ).
I dont know about any kits ever being made but if you need to lift it just use the variable hight controll for the front end (should be one 22MM bolt on the 3rd member of each side) and just retention your strut bar after wards. I dont think you have to replace pitman arms or anything untill you start hitting 4" and up lifts, and after that you have to go up to cross over steering so you dont have bad bump steer issues.
Oh and on a side note, the lift kits for IFS isuzu pups do the same thing as i have just described (you can look at em for yourself here http://www.calmini.com )

well if you wanna go higher you can relocate the torrsion bars. If you look the ends where you adjust the hight is "keyed" (or has teeth). If you pull the torsion bars you can rest them so that the lowest point on the adjustment arm puts you loer controll arm at 3" of lift. I dont know how intensive this would be but i have looked through my shop maunual and this can be done. Oh and another thing make shure you retention your strut bars to specs befor you off road too much. I have toyotas whith bar lifts break those things.
