Since my LUV project is at a hault for awhile ( money issues ), I have had a few ideas of what I want to do to it. I know some people like to fix it up like it came off of the showroom floor, But I like hot rods. I was thinking of making a LUVsclade. I wanted to take and mke a cadillac front grill ( considering that is all the makes the escalade and the Taho different. It's not a matter of can I, it is a matter of should I. Do you guys think it will actually look good, or will it be a waste of my time?

Do it, but just don't run any stop signs in front of ME. i broadsided an escalade about a year ago in colorado w my blue luv, flipped him twice (LOL) I was back on the road the next day after staying up all night replacing my entire front clip........made hella bucks off the deal too 8) :D :wink:

wish i could figure out a way to put Mercedes 450 SEL grille in a LUV :D

Northstar V8?...

Fabbed up Caddy grille as you mentioned...

Smoothed tailgate with the Cadillac emblem in the center...

Combination of the Luv and Escalade emblems on the front fender...

Inner fenderwells cut out or modified to fit 18 or 20" CHROME wheels...

The pearl white stock Escalade color...

Tan Leather interior...

Deep tinted windows... >>Drool

Great idea! The only limit is the imagination....well.. and maybe the checkbook :wink:

WHATEVER you do, justdont put caddy emblems on! caddy parts are ok but dont use emblems from a diff. kind of vehcile.

Cadillac is a GM car, unlike a ford logo on a chevy, and all that makes a Escalade is the logo and the body kit. So if I didn't put the Cadillac logo on it it would defeat the purpose. Besides, I LOVE cadillacs. I would love to have a 69 convertible DeVille :D

they did that on the show "trucks"
they put a caddy front end on a 97 tahoe. came out looking pretty good. i can only imagine it will cost a small fortune to get all the parts you'll need.
bumper,grill,headlights,fenders,hood..
