I have THE same exact problem :!:
I have had my daily driver for two years now almost, thought at 1st maybe it was my windshield gasket.Windhsield was cracked, wound up replacing it last year and not only a NEW gasket but some goop that is GUARANTEED not to leak was put all the way around as well.
The problem is STILL there, 8O and even sitting in my truck in the rain.....I CANNOT find my leak. It's very baffling , not to mention severly tee's me off.
Will be watching this, hoping we get a logical explanation

When I had that, it was 2 things, first, rust holes in the rocker panels. Still had a little prob on the passenger side after that where water was coming in the antena hole. The rockers may look fine on the outside but check under the cab.

also check where the shafts come through into the cab for the wipers.

You would be amazed the amount of water that will come in around the wiper shafts. The truck I'm working on now was getting an inch deep puddle on the drivers side for every day it rained until I fixed the seals the other day. It hasn't even really started the rainy season here yet, just a few sprinkles really. Granted, I've lived in Oregon all my life, so what I call sprinkles could be a whoppin big old storm to some of you. ;)

Glad to see that post is still helping folks out. Only thing I think I would change would be to forget the stainless screws unless you just want pretty shiney stuff. They didn't come out the last time any better than the old steel ones.
