well since the rearend blew up in it back in february, its just been sittin gettin random parts pulled off it to keep other vehicles runnin.

but up till a few weeks ago, it been gettin some work done to it.

i got all straight panels on it, pulled the bed, pulled most of the interior... just this and that stuff.

ive got it to the point now of being ready for the triangulated 3 link and notches. i should have those parts by mid week next week.

so heres some pics of what ive got done so far.

your not going to turn 9000 with a stock 12a, but they are cool motors.Anything more than 6500 and you need to upgrade the internal oiling system.Plus they can't breathe that good without aftermarket intake, exhaust and porting.

I have a 12a with a 465 holley 4bl,header,and aluminum flywheel in a rx7 I used to auto-x and hill climb

got bored tonight and decided to see where the motor was goin to fit.

so now i think this is where the motor is goin to be mounted. it does sit just a tiny bit farther forward then id like, but to get it moved back id need a custom oil pan. so its good where it sits.

heres a few pics...

SWEET :D Thats something i'd like to do one day, hows the stick location. Stock hole?
I used to own a Mazda RX4 with a 13b, had a huge f#$kin holley 4 barrel on it, used to use more fuel than my 351 F Truck.
