Damn you all and this website!! After finding it I haven't stopped looking for another LUV!! LMAO!!!

Here is what I need since it's all you guys fault. I had a 78 Mikado. What was the year range for that body style? I don't want that boxy one that eventually turned into the S10. I'm thinking it's 1973-1980. Is that right?

Oh, and if any of you are in Florida and you find a LUV for sale....LET ME KNOW!!

72-80 was the same body style.
78-80 had two headlights and later models had 4 headlights.
81 models were boxy like the pup.

Thanks! Has anyone found a source for replacement parts. You know, fenders, grills, etc.? I found the link on your site for hoods, I like those.

RockAuto.com has some,

AdvanceAutoParts.com has a few.

But most of your boneyards have them.

In fact, I would love to get my hands on a Florida Boneyard.

Thanks admyank! The RockAuto is a good site ... you could just about rebuild a LUV from their inventory. Have you done any business with them before?

Ya know, you would think a town as big as the one I'm in would at least have ONE LUV to be found! You would also be surprised at just how many people have old, broken down cars in their yards!! But do they have a LUV truck........NOOOOOOOOOOOO! :? The search continues.

Well, 5 days into the hunt for a new LUV. Haven't even seen one, much less one that's for sale. Come on guys...say something encouraging....I'm worried about finding one nearby! lol.
