How many luv owners are there in Eastern Washington? I am wondering becouse i thought it would be cool to oganize a club for us (every other truck in exisance has a club up here but the luv!). Primarilly we would be a trail driving club (light off roading and such things) but owners of 2wds would be welcome too. :D

Im a luv owner, but more into the pro street. If you start a luv thing, you could meet somewhere. The steer in on north division in spokane is a magnet for cars on wednesday nights..... in the summer of course.

i'm sure there's quite a few on the eastside. nothing rusts over there :)

lots in western washington too, i think it's something to do with how we got a lot of the luvs that were imported here. i can remember watching an outdated video in elementary school(this was around 1993, video was probably from '79 or so) where some grandma and her grandkids travelled all over the state and stopped at the port of seattle where they were offloading hundreds of luv trucks. i think they did a little 10 minute section about them if i remember right...

My luv is in the process of being turned in to a mudmachine to some extent when it is done(2months) i would be more than willing to head over every once in a while to meet up. My reinds and I could rally our luvs over there. So yall just let me know it would be fun.

yeah i talk to him now and then and we meet up once in a while. The ford argument was part of why he left, but the biggest part was that he has 4kids and is an electrical contractor so he dosnt have alot of free time. What little time he has now hes spending whith the familly, his kids have picked up guritars and they jam in the basement, LOL

Well he was vary firm in the fact that since a luv is a chevy it needs a chevy motor, a ford motor has no place in a luv motor bay. This lead to an argument whith Bryan i think. I was talking to him and he left becouse of "ford lovers". I dont realy know all of it but thats wht he would say, that and the familly.

Hmmmm :? Oh well in all honesty I am not into the whole Ford Vs Chevy thing and I dont get fanatical about it ,I mean look at the one post I was talking about the Ford Lightning, I REALLY want one :D and I am Jealous of Grimace
As far as that goes though, I figure hell if it makes you go faster more power to you<-----pun intended  Now if you are that die hard then you shouldnt be arguing about it I mean really think about it I mean So far as I can tell everyone here has seen some kind of car with Ford OR Chevy power...... and a couple of Mopars  Seriously think about it though What have you seen these in?????? Just about anything you can put a welder to and fab it in!!! Am I not right? OK sorry I dont know why I just went off on this little post like this. Just figure that I would throw in my two pennies!
