I need taillights for a 76. Anyone know where I can get em? The ones I have the sockets are all rusted out.

I could get new sockets if I knew where to get them!!!

Advance did not have them, neither did Autozone. I am going to go see if PepBoys has them next. I need just the backup sockets.

In a related note. The backup lights don't work. I have looked at the wiring and it's all there. I guess I will have to come up with an alternate fix to it and bypass the harness like I had to with the ignition.

If '76 has the same tail ilghts as '77 I have a set in the bed I pulled off mine. If you wasnt them you can have them just pay shipping. But let me know quick. Because the 72 is going away real soon.

I bought new sockets and put them in. Now all the lights work and they are not all rusted.

The backup lights work now after replacing the switch. Now I have to make sure that the switch is screwed in all the way cause the lights stay on.

I wonder if a little bit of silicon grease will help it a bit.
