Hello guys/gals! Just wanted to say hay! I found this site a few days ago and I Luv it!!! :D I had a 79 4x4 for about 15 years until my idiot friend totaled it… Dumb a$$ ran it into the back of a police car… :drinking: So now I am looking for another one… I have an ad placed in the classified section, so any help finding one would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks and thanks for getting this site up and running… luvtruck.com ROCKS!!!

I'd like to hear the story about how you run into the back of a police car. :)

Sorry to hear about your LUV though. :(

It’s a sad story Ben! But here goes… My friend took my truck out without asking. He partied late into the night with some of his buddies. He was so intoxicated when he left; he fell asleep in the left-hand lane of I35E in Lewisville… There was a police car parked in the median… And he nailed the back of it going about 60 mph…The cops had just cleaned up a previous car wreck and they were just finishing there paper work. Thankfully… Everyone survived the accident… Except my truck…

That was a great truck… RIP…

LOL!!!

Believe me! I was Pissed… :onfire: But I had a hard time kicking his ass while he was in the hospital… But he did look good with that missing tooth that the radio knob took from him… He did give me cash and his toolbox full of tools… There was nothing left of the truck… The front end was crushed and the cab/bed was destroyed from the roll over along with the drive train…

I lost my truck but he lost his freedom for the next 5 years…

well, my dad totaled the luv before i got it but was able to salvage it. he was driving home from working the graveyard shift one night and hit a deer. 5 times. the same deer. he hit it and it flew forward, he hit it again, and again, and again, and the last time he hit it, the thing rolled over the top of the cab and crushed it. the only thing he didnt replace of the body parts was the bed. teh rest is from another truck. it looks very goo and all the body lines are straight. thats it folks and i hope all of the deer in the world dont like white :D
