Well last night i had a nice fun drive. I picked up a 305 v-8 from a friend here in town and drove down to the tri cities whith it. I was meeting another friend who had a transfer case he was trading off for the 305 and a set of bukets he got for me (they are for the luv 8) ). Well i was just wondering how much a 305 wieghs in at? I could tell that there was a bit of wieght in the back, i had to give it more gas to make hills and the rear was squating down a bit. Just kinda wondering :)

when you were driving could you move the steering wheel a bit and get the back end to sway back and forth? that is always fun to do...heh heh it scares the other drivers! :D

My dad had an International pickup when I was growin up and he could load the thing up to the bed sides with dirt and put it into low and pop the clutch and get the front wheels off the ground. It was sweet. He too used to get the back end to swerve. Also used to jump steep rail road crossings too.

Ill tell you what I went down to the gravel yard the other day and got a load of rock. The drive home was probably the nicest smoothest ride I have had in my luv. considering get a big fat flat piece of lead for weight to keep in the back of my truck.
