My 1978 LUV runs well, but it's never been driven more than 10 miles at a time in about 9 years.
I'm moving soon, about 220 miles. I'm thinking I should tow it, not try to drive it. I wondered what other LUV owners think?

If you tow it remove the driveline first if the rear wheels are on the ground

If belts, hoses, tires, and points are in good shape, there is no reason why it should be find to drive it. If you have driven, but not maintained it for the last 9 years, it will probably brake down on that long trip.
