And the engines people have tried especially if its
A 305 or 307 sbc.thank you

13.3 at about 103mph. Bone stock Vortec 5.3l with almost 170k miles.

Mytmouz, yes plan on completely stock. Today I made 5 passes all in the low 13.2's. It ain't the fasted rig out there but it does a good job for the miles on it and the money I have spent on it.

MiniRat, sorry for the last reply. My average 60' is 1.91 a little slow but i leave the line at about 1500rpm. I leave the line when the 3rd yellow comes on. If I load up the torque converter more than that I will red light almost everytime. By lowering my rpm at launch i am in the .040 to .010 green light range. Being the fastest rig out there is not as imortant to me as being consistant.
