Y'all know I'm partial to 2nd-gen LUVs, but I do have a soft spot in my heart for their older brothers. Anytime I see one on the road, I think of you guys on this site. Maybe somebody here owns this one, or knows of it. I peeked inside, and the dash looked good, other than missing the triangular grilles on top. It was an automatic.

I did not see the owner (I would have spoken, if I had). We were parked across the other side of the building, so we left. Ironically, I ended up behind it as we pulled out of the lot. The driver was an older lady, and there was a man in the passenger's seat. It seemed to scoot out onto the road pretty quickly, making be wonder if it wasn't a V6 or V8 swap.

It looks tired but not cut up and abused.
