I have 1 76 with a 350 small block....want to give my brakes better stopping power. I have 6 lug disc brakes on the front, but they're autozone. Tired of replacing the pads every 6 months. Looking to replace the rotors, caliper and pads. Any suggestions?

You can do the vented discs. I can't understand why you are going through pads so often. I have stock solid rotors, my hubs are custom made and 5 lug and have no issue at all on stopping power. My rear drums are 11X3 I think. The only bolt on front brake system out there that is better then stock is aerospace brake system. Let me find the link. This will also convert to the 5 lug system.

EDIT: Found it. It says 79 and up LUV but they work for all of the LUVs that have front rotors. Spendy but those that have them like them

A bit cheaper here.
