I was wonderin if any of you guys use a radiator screen in realy cold weather. To keep your trucks running warm :?:

I used to throw a chunk of cardboard behind the grill, but it hasn't been that cold around here last few years. It does help a bit, but you have to watch that temp guage carefully, a mild sunny winter day and you might find the temps climbing, never a good thing on a LUV.

I use a grill screen on all my trucks in the winter except the LUV. It really doesn't need it b/c it warms up really quick and stays there. But my Dually needs it cuz its a deisel and if it never had it i don't think it would ever reach normal temp :)

That was the problem with my diesel luv it just wont heat up in really cold weather.
