Thats the solo tow had another outing l have just been up the north of SCOTLAND with the LUV and picked up a LAND/ROVER then towed it 200 miles home.The old truck manged no problem 8)

wow, thats cool. I know when i towed my 78 whith my 80 it did just fine. It even felt like it could pull more. I just ran into problems becouse i didnt there was a nasty corner up the road and wasnt going slow enough for it :cry:

lts better if you have some weight on the back of the towing truck then thers less chance of jackknifing.
