me and a friend, who drives an 86 Nissan 720, where talking about how cool it would be to have a mini truck club where every few weekends or whatever, everyone met up in their mini trucks, got some coffee or something, and went somewhere and all chilled and talked about trucks and show off our rides. We actually want to get something like that started this summer, and we are wondering, would any of you guys want to join us in this? We live in the Vancouver/Portland area and want to get as much mini truckers as we can to join us. So whos in?!

i work at holiday inn in portland and we have a massive parking lot that is usually empty in the east side of the building. i was going to ask our gm if i can host a luv & mini truck meet/bbq once in a while during spring and summer.
so if there is interest to go thru with it i will ask what it would take to do.

my buddy drives a 84 720, and another has a 79 luv (skyypayne)
there are already a fair few mini truck clubs around here but they are mostly street scrapers
i will let you know if im able to get use of the lot, right now food network is filming some cook off show in our lot for the next two weeks or so.

no i dont mind low trucks unless they are duallys, that just irritates me i just wouldnt want to be so low i'd have to do some evasive driving around speedbumps skyypayne's luv is dropped pretty low mine is at stock height, its a 4x4 no reason to drop it
im 21 & over by I-205/mill plain.

I'm 25, live right off padden parkway towards brush prairie. I have to do evasive driving over speed bumps because it's like an amusement park ride in my truck if I don't. but not fun.

talked to the sales dept and they dont mind, but i would need a date to be sure we dont have a big event that day and i need to talk to the maintenance chief because the lot is his turf lol
but we cant bbq, some weird rule about food preperation outside the kitchens. gotta come up with something, might be able to use the convention center kitchen if nobody is there

I only take it around my neighborhood for now in still only 15 haha, you will see me this summer I'm sure. That girl goes to my school, she got rid of it a few months back, she now drives a lifted Toyota pick up.
