The final price wasn't accurate.
It's called "shill bidding" and it does happen. But you can't say with any certainty that the last bid was not a legitimate bid. Since the reserve was not met, we may never know.
For what it's worth, this is at least the second time it's been listed on eBay by this seller. The high bid was $10,900 the first time. One of the IsuzuPup.com members talked with the seller. He's trying to get $14,000+ for it.

I'm pretty sure this is for real. A restoration at this level of detail would cost WAAAY too much. And some of the stuff is not even available to do it. I'm not saying it's perfect, just that I think it's what it says it is.
