 Post subject: No LUVs to be seen...

It seems like all of you guys are closer to the LUV action than I am. I'm in Connecticut and let me tell you, there is NOTHING in the way of LUVs out here. I mean I don't see them on the road, in the junkyards, classifieds, or anything. I know they're not super common anywhere else either but it just seems to me like everyone else at least sees LUVs sitting in junkyards or something. Am I wrong? I could swear to you that I have the only LUV in all Connecticut. Sucks! Sorry for the venting.

ive seen a lot but they are all beat up! like crazy. and theres only like 5 that ive seen that are nice but cant find the owners :(

Tilted- Want to know whats worse? All the junkyards I talk to tell me most of them GOT crushed here.... over 10 years ago! :x I feel your frustration man.

here in spokane theres quite a few. Theres 2 81-82 diesels, about 6 78-80s and about 3 72-77s. I dont think i could live being the only beast truck on the roads... :(

It's sad, but most of them end up in junkyards here. I've pulled parts from twice as many in salvage yards than I have seen on the road.

It's sad because they are such great little trucks.

And all you S10 guys out there are going to be like us LUV owners soon. GM is killing off the mini truck.


Sometimes I wonder what the corprate guys at GM are thinking :roll:
