were they blackened out on the inside or were they chrome? Mine are almost fully chrome but I notice some black closer into the light

so they were black in the center with just a little chrome ring around them... kinda like the way the dash is correct?

The outside was chrome, the center towards the light was black...

yes with a flat black like stock.... some after market ones i have seen where silver but most are black
