Hopefully these pics and video come up. This is the 1980 Luv I bought for $650 off craigslist.

My plans are to re paint this in a few weeks. Not sure on color yet, but I am leaning towards a red and black with 11% tinted windows, black steel rims. Just bought the tires the other day. And it did come with that canopy you see in the back. You can hear it running in the video. Sounds pretty clean to me. And that is an oversized radiator custom built. With a 16" fan. Electric. The temp gauge stays right at 1/4 off the cold mark.

Any advice on my 1980 luv, I would gladly like to hear some! I want this my daily driver. I want it to sound good and look good. I love my luv :)

LOL, I am at no means an expert on Luvs. This is the first time I have even seen a luv engine :)
The guy I bought it from, told me this long story about how this radiator was custom built. I personally thought it looked like a stock radiator as well. The only thing that is a bit different, is the fan. This fan is a 16" and from what I have heard the standard was 14"? Don't know the truth behind that.
I am glade someone has took a look at my new baby. She isn't much now, and I am a student at ITT Tech so I don't have a lot of time. But, I want to get her looking sharp :)
If anyone knows, how difficult is my chore list:

1. Rear drum braks. They need replaced. New pads needed in the front ( I know front brakes just not drum brakes).

2. I have a crack in my master cilynder. Need a new one.

3. I am leaking from some seal in the rear end and its going into my drums. I guess its some rear end seal. Maybe you might know which exactly it is that needs replaced?

Thanks all! I can't wait to bust out the manual and plug away at this :)
