For those of you in SoCal, do any of you ever go to Donut Derelicts in HB? It is a gathering of hot rods and classics every weekend from 6am to 8 or so. I was thinking of cruising down with the luv this Saturday. I haven't seen a luv there before, but several V8 vegas. There are always some awesome cars that show up. I would like to meet some fellow luv owners too.

Crap! I am busy with a Greyhound show and tell thing at Eldorado Park in Long Beach in the AM. Maybe next time.

Its cool guys, we will have to plan ahead next time. It happens every Saturday year round.

The place was packed by daylight, lots of cool cars as usual. Anytime someone wants to plan a trip down to this just post here.

man one of these days whe the luv is roadtrip worthy! would be fun to stop into a few small events like that

I'm trying to put together a mini Luv-in at the donut shop this Saturday May 12. My buddy Donnie has his tubbed 75 on the road and we are heading to Donut Derelicts. I invited Roy also so that 3 so far, all V8 trucks. If anyone is in socal and would like to join us, Luv or not we will be there at 6am. Its on the corner of Adams and Magnolia in Huntington Beach, Just look for the parking lot full of Hot Rods.

Every Saturday 6am to 8 or so. It is light on a rainy day though.

the girlfriend and i were thinking about a road trip thru cali this summer may have to make a stop in huntington beach and see what turns up

Don and I are heading down for a donut this Saturday December 28th to finish out 2013. If anyone is interested in a Luv meet up. We will be meeting at 6am across the street from the donut shop and cruising in together. If you want to join us be at the south east corner on Adams and Magnolia in Huntington Beach at 6 or just cruise into the donut shop when ever. (North East corner of Adams and Magnolia).
