Minus the cost of the block (I'll eat it), I have over $300 in parts. I've done all the work myself, so I know it's good to go. The only thing left to do is put the sticks back in the holes when they get back from the machine shop. The list:
Ground crank
new rod, main, and thrust bearings
new timing kit
new rings
reconned rods
honed holes
decked block
new pilot bearing

Looking for $300. If anyone is interested and is local, I'll throw in a whole bunch of other spare parts including 2 stock carbs, 3 starters, and miscellaneous other pieces.

I have to sell to help with moving money/possible transportation change. This stuff has got to go soon.

Thanks in advance...

Ben, I'm sorry I put this in the wrong forum. Could you please move to the "Classifieds"? Thanks.

Life sucks when you really need the money...

If I knew I could get it, I'd sell the truck and all that I have for it for $2000. I bought it 7 months ago, and have ~$2500 in it. I have close to $400 in the new head, upgraded cam, and rocker arms. I also have the header, electronic ignition stuff, new clutch set, halogen headlight assys, and other stuff. I doubt anyone would give me $2000 for a luv though.

Put a sign in it and see what happens. I've seen stranger things go for that high or higher. I've seen LUVs sell over $2000 when they are in really good shape, and considering the pile of parts you have to go with it I don't think its exactly unreasonable or unreachable.
