alright i got a cruse idea. drive up highway 18 from the 210 up the mountian to running spring and have lunch take some pics in the pines and tell each other HOW SMART WE ARE

I'll be at Cuddeback dry lake bed this weekend. The 4X4 will be with us. It's 18 miles north of 58 on 395.

I believe a couple SoCal Luvs are going to meet up tomorrow 7/30/16 at Donut Derelicts in Huntington Beach if anyone would like to join us. This was a last minute deal so sorry for the late notice. It starts at the crack of dawn and lately the lot is full of hot rods by 10 after 6. I will be there at least until 8am. All Luvs and Luv owners are welcome to come.

Donut Derelicts is located at 9015 Adams Ave, Huntington Beach, CA 92646

I met up with Andy and his friend Mark and hung out some but totally forgot to take pictures. Andy's truck is one of the cleanest original trucks I have seen. It was taken care of and barely used. The place was packed with lots of cool cars too and I did take a couple pics before Andy got there.

This is a just finished LS Vega with Art Morrison suspension. The guy bought it in 78 and stashed it away for 37 years.

It was super cool meeting you and your friends too! Thanks for the compliment on my truck! Now I'm scared to drive it cuz people at the show were telling me things like, "man it's like a time capsule" and "that is the nicest LUV I've seen". And to think I was going to use this as a work truck to haul things around...... Haha I guess I got really lucky with this purchase! Your v8 LUV was pretty sweet too, and thanks for the decals by the way!!
