In my city there are some really stupid laws. like you cant park you vehicles on your grass, or you cant have you garage open for more the 8 hours a day. I just hate when the city tells you what you can and cant do on you property. And they come and tear it up.
I know this didnt have much to do with luvs but i was just tryin to start a good conversation lol

Ya, I always had a problem with the parking on the grass thing. I actually got a ticket for it before. I washed my car on the lawn and left it there to dry. Later in the afternoon I went outside and there was a ticket on my window!!!

Grrrr....

this is an CITY law? not some stupid housing community law?
i know that where my brother in law lives in cincinatti his "community" has stupid things like this and he paid almost 200k for his house!!!

Yep, city law. There's a bunch of other lame ones too.

Another good one is some rule about what time of day you can put your trash out the day before trash day and what time of day you have to bring your empty cans back in on trash day. I don't remember the times, they are pretty reasonable. But still, kinda silly to think you can get a fine for taking out your trash too early. LOL!

Heres another stupid one. they tell you what you can and cant have for pets. For exc, you cant have pit-bulls, piranas, monkeys, and reptiles.

I LIVE IN THE COUNTRY......OR SOMETHING LIKE.....ANYWAY THERE ARE LAWS HERE BUT AS LONG AS YOU NOT HURTING ANYONE OR ANYTHING THR COPS LEAVE YOU ALONE..THEY WAVE AT ME WHILE LOOKING AT MY INSPECTION STICKER WHICH IS ALMOST TWO YEARS OUT OF DATE.

The city here has crap like that too. They even have a paint code, that says if an inspector doesn't like the quality of your houses paint, they can give you like 30 days to paint it or they'll fine you $100 a DAY! This is a neighborhood where everybody only makes like 30k a year.

in my city, in the neighborhood where i live they have signs up that say no parking from 7:30 to 3:00 for the high school down the street. i guess the kids used to park on the side streets and block peoples drives and such. anyway, i agree with the signs to keep non homeowners from parking there but i parked my luv machine IN FRONT OF MY OWN HOUSE and got a 20 dollar ticket for it. my own freakin house man. i told the mean old woman who answered the phone she could send someone to get the sign. she said they werent coming into my yard to get it and i said thats fine cause its in the middle of the street!
thats all i have to say about that.
