ive wanted a luv again ever since i sold my 76.. well i was browsing craigslist today and came across a 76 luv.. its like 5 minutes from my house, only wants 400 for it.. he said he wants it gone this weekend. i drove by real quick today, didnt look too bad. he says the passenger floor board has a rust hole, and the rockers are repairable, and he has another set of doors for it. has a title. dont sound like to bad of a deal. i can probably get it for less since he wants it gone. im excited.. if i get it i will post pics of it tomorrow.. just figure id post a thread. cant wait to get back into a luv!!

that is one nice truck.... glad to hear you found another one!!!

if you dont mind me askin do you remember what size cowl that is 4 or 6 inch.
gonna get one and that looks about the right size. dont wanna get too big so it looks stupid you know!

me and dad did a little tinkering around n the coil wasnt getting any power. so we jumped it to battery. sprayed starting fluid in carb and it runs! when friends 63 impala is out of garage we will roll it in garage and see why it isnt getting fuel. i might drive it a lil before tearing it apart :lol:
